1. What are the delivery times?
Our standard shipping timeframe is 7–13 business days after dispatch. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours.

2. Do you offer tracking?
Yes — once your order ships, Delmea will send a tracking email so you can follow every step.

3. Can shipping be delayed?
While most orders arrive on time, customs inspections, seasonal volume, or carrier delays may extend delivery slightly. If your order goes beyond the expected window, please contact us for assistance.

4. Are customs or duty fees included?
Import fees may apply depending on your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

5. Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can often update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the order is dispatched, modifications aren’t possible.

6. What is your return policy?
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, reach out within 14 days with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or provide next steps.

7. My package is lost — what do I do?
If tracking stops updating or your package is marked delivered but not received, contact our support team. We will open a carrier investigation and help resolve the issue.
